What exactly do I receive?
The credentials of a creator account from the chosen category, plus the information listed on the product page. Details not filled in on the page are not guaranteed.
Why do I need to connect Discord?
Delivery happens on Discord and credentials only show to the buyer's Discord account. We add you to our server only with your explicit consent.
When is my account delivered?
If an account is in stock, it is delivered immediately after the payment is confirmed (right away for card payments, after the network confirmations for crypto). If stock has run out, your order is delivered within 72 hours at most (12 to 24 hours on average). Either way, you receive the retrieval link by Discord direct message.
Is monetization guaranteed over time?
No. The account is delivered with monetization enabled, but keeping it depends on the platform's rules and on your use. No income is promised.
What if I send crypto on the wrong network?
Funds sent on an unexpected network or asset may be lost. Contact support: recovery is only possible in some cases and never guaranteed.
Can I get a refund?
See the refund policy. An account whose credentials were shown can never be put back on sale; each request is reviewed individually.
My Discord DMs are closed, what now?
Your order stays retrievable from your account. You can also reopen your DMs and resend the message.
