Refund policy
Principle
No refund is automatic. Each request is reviewed by the team through support, quoting the order reference; the decision to refund rests with the seller, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by applicable law.
Card payments
Refunds go through Stripe to the original payment method.
Crypto payments
Refunds are never sent automatically to the source address (it may belong to an exchange). We ask for a refund address and confirm it on the right network. Network fees may be deducted.
Revealed accounts
An account whose credentials were shown is never put back on sale.
