Terms of sale
Purpose
These terms govern the distance sale of creator accounts by PXYXT LLC through viralitow.com.
Products
Two categories are offered: monetized account and Shop account. The only guaranteed details are those shown on the product page at the time of the order. The seller documents where each account comes from.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros and are the total amount payable. PXYXT LLC, a company established in the United States, does not charge VAT. The US dollar equivalent is calculated from the euro price using a dated rate, fixed when the payment is created.
Order and payment
The order is concluded when the payment is confirmed by card (Stripe) or by crypto (after the network confirmations shown).
Delivery
Delivery consists of a retrieval link sent on Discord and access to the credentials from the customer account, restricted to the buyer's Discord account.
Right of withdrawal
Accounts are digital content supplied immediately after payment. By ticking, when ordering, the box requesting immediate delivery, you agree that performance starts before the end of the withdrawal period and you acknowledge losing that right as soon as your credentials are displayed. As long as your credentials have not been displayed, you can ask support to cancel the order.
Refunds and disputes
See the refund policy. No clause deprives the customer of the rights granted by applicable law.
No affiliation
The seller is not affiliated with the platform the accounts come from. No income and no continued monetization are guaranteed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States), without prejudice to any mandatory, more protective provisions of the consumer's country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first through support.
